Pretty nice property

I have lived at this property for about 2.5 years. Nice location has several bus line that stop in front of the building. Has a food trailer court within 4 blocks and several restaurants in the neighborhood. Has a park just a few blocks down the street. Very Pet friendly property.

Love my bachelor pad

Everything about my apartment is really nice. It’s clean, well-appointed, easy to maintain, and everyone in the building is friendly. Maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly. Good communication and great location. Planning to stay here for a long time!

lovely place to live

The apartments themselves are wonderfully designed with great amenities. Theres a lot nearby in the neighborhood too! I wish there was a common area or like a rooftop to hangout in, but besides that its great.

i like living here

parking could be better (considering its all street parking) and the pebbles in front of the building are incredibly annoying because they get everywhere, including inside. BUT i really enjoy living here. its a bit noisy outside sometimes because of traffic/the buses, but inside the building is quiet and calm. residents keep to themselves and are friendly. there are great dining spots very close. staff is generally quick to respond to needs. great location.

Solid spot

Lovely owner and staff. Very responsive. I feel safe. Close to farmers market, restaurants, and bus line. Walking distance to food carts. Overall enjoyable place to live.
